Pacinian Corpuscles

These three huge pacinian corpuscles were found in a well-organized ulcer between the fingers of a 66-year-old man. It is not clear if they are incidental findings or constitute a specific lesion (pacinioma or pacinian neurofibroma). H&E, 40X.
